FAQs for Shipping and Returns 

1. Return and Refund Policy:

Q: Can I return any product for a refund?

A: Non-Returnable Items:

  • 2 oz trial and travel size products. 
  • Used accessories, including but not limited to combs, brushes, clips, bonnet, turban, etc.
  • Open supplements, including tea, vitamins, and Gummies.
  • Items purchased directly from Amazon or one of our authorized salons or retailers. Please contact the originating retail establishment directly. 
  • Certain items, including but not limited to clearance or final sale products, may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product details at the time of purchase for any specific return restrictions.

Non-Damaged Returns:

  • Products: Must have more than 75% of its original content remaining.
  • Individual product within a kit: Must have more than 75% of its original content remaining. 
  • Accessories: Must be new and unused.
  • Supplements: Must be new and never opened.
  • Bulk Orders: For orders of 10 or more items, a 15% restocking fee will apply. This fee covers the additional handling and processing required for bulk returns.
  • A Return Authorization (RA) number must be requested and approved by our customer service team before a return can be accepted and processed. 
  • Returns must be requested and returned within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Back Your Return:

  • Receive the Return Authorization (RA) number via email.
  • Box your return item(s) and include the RA number inside the shipment.
  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items until they are delivered to us. 
  • Ship your return to Bounce Curl’s address on the RA approval email.  
  • Return shipping costs are not covered by Bounce Curl.

Processing A Refund:

  • Our refund policy covers returned items that receive an RA number and are returned within 30 days of the delivery date. If more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • We require an order number or proof of purchase to process your return.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, minus any applicable fees.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Damaged Products:

  • A replacement must be requested and approved by our customer service team before a replacement can be authorized and sent. 
  • Damaged replacements must be requested within seven (7) business days of the delivery date.

Q: What if I haven't received my refund?

A: If you have not received your refund to your bank account or credit card after confirmation of approval within 5-10 business days, contact us at [email protected]m and we will assist you further.

2. Shipping and Returns:

Q: What if my package is damaged during shipping?

A: Damaged Products:

Q: Can I exchange a product?

A: Product Exchange

  • Products: Must have more than 75% of its original content remaining.
  • Accessories: Must be new and unused.
  • Supplements: Must be new and never opened.

4. Discount Codes:

Q: How many discount codes can I use per order?

A: One discount code per order can be used. Discount codes do not apply to already discounted bundles, kits, or select items.

5. Terms and Conditions:

Q: Can you please explain the Terms and Conditions box at purchase?

A: When placing an order, you will be required to check a box confirming that you understand and acknowledge that you have READ, UNDERSTOOD and AGREE with our terms and conditions.

You also acknowledge that the shipping address you provide for your order is correct. If your order is not delivered to you due to an error in the shipping address and it is returned to Bounce Curl, Bounce Curl will either

   a) refund the cost of the product, but not the shipping, or

   b) reship the product to the correct address for an additional shipping cost.

You also acknowledge if your order is not delivered to you due to an error in the shipping address and is NOT returned to Bounce Curl or becomes lost, Bounce Curl is not responsible for the package and will not provide any refunds. Bounce Curl IS NOT ABLE TO EDIT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS once the order is placed. 

You also acknowledge, if you’re an international customer, that you are responsible for any and all customs and duty fees for international orders.  

6. Shipping Information:

Q: What is the shipping carrier for domestic shipments?

A: Currently, domestic shipments use USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping estimates within the United States are 5-10 business days. 

Q: What if my address is incorrect?

A:  Please be sure to double check that your address is correct before completing payment. If the address is incorrect, you'll be charged for shipping to resend the package as we are unable to edit addresses after confirmation of shipment.

7. International Shipping:

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes, at Bounce Curl we’re proud to ship worldwide. International orders may incur customs & duty fees, paid by the customer, and shipping may take 30 or more business days depending on the country of destination. 

Q: Who pays for customs & duty fees?

A: All Bounce Curl international orders ships as Duties Delivered unpaid (DDU). Customers are responsible for customs & duty fees. Packages can be further delayed if non-payment of duties and fees occurs so please be advised if you're shipping your order internationally. 

Q: What if my international package is delayed?

A: Bounce Curl is not liable for delays once the package leaves the warehouse.  Your International package can be tracked to the end destination. Please contact [email protected] for international shipping questions and concerns.

A: Bounce Curl is actively transitioning to eco-friendly packaging, such as sugar cane tubes. For products that cannot use sugar cane packaging, PCR plastic (post consumer recycled) is used. We are committed to caring for the Earth and continually exploring better packaging options.

A: Bounce Curl products contain a mix of naturally and plant derived ingredients to ensure product safety and performance, while meeting ISO 16128 requirements. We prioritize the effectiveness of our products while staying transparent about our ingredient choices.

5. What Bounce Curl Products Avoid:

Q: What harmful ingredients are excluded from Bounce Curl products?

A: Bounce Curl products are formulated without silicones, parabens, sulfates, PEG's, DEA/MEA, butylene glycol, and other harmful substances. We are vegan, cruelty-free, and our products undergo dermatology testing to ensure they are non-irritating.

6. Fragrance Policy:

Q: What is Bounce Curl's fragrance policy?

A: Bounce Curl products contain 100% natural and man made scents and-selected for their  scientific ingredients. Our fragrances rate as "low & green" on the Think Dirty app. We disclose fragrance ingredients for transparency.

7. Ingredient Sourcing:

Q: Where does Bounce Curl source its ingredients?

A: We purchase our ingredients from reputable manufacturers who prioritize quality testing. Our in-house microbiology team conducts thorough examinations on every ingredient to ensure safety. We strictly adhere to FDA good manufacturing practices.
