Product Exchange:
Products: Must have more than 75% of its original content remaining.
Accessories: Must be new and unused.
Supplements: Must be new and never opened.
A Return Authorization (RA) number must be requested and approved by our customer service team before an exchanged item can be accepted and replaced.
Items must be requested and returned within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
