If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing it. Once this timeframe has passed, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
If your order was placed in error or you no longer wish to receive it, we can process a cancellation and issue a full refund if the order has not yet been fulfilled. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if the order has already been shipped or delivered.
