How can I cancel my order and receive a refund?Updated 8 months ago

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing it. Once this timeframe has passed, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. 

If your order was placed in error or you no longer wish to receive it, we can process a cancellation and issue a full refund if the order has not yet been fulfilled. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if the order has already been shipped or delivered. 

Refunds are processed within a specific timeframe, so please allow for the transaction to be completed by your bank. If you have not received an order number or confirmation, please provide any details you have, and our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
