How can I track my order once it has been shipped?Updated 8 months ago

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to the address used for the order. If you don’t receive a tracking link or encounter any issues, please log in to your Bounce Curl account to track your order. Alternatively, you can click HERE to manage your orders. 

If the order status shows 'unfulfilled,' it means it has not yet shipped. You will be notified by email once it has. Please allow 2-4 business days (excluding weekends) for us to package your order. After packaging, the shipping timeframe will depend on the option you selected at checkout. If your order has already shipped, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
